Delete Your Account

Applies to all Beenetic Studios games, including Reversi Rivals

You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two routes: from inside the game, which is immediate, or by email, for when you no longer have the device.

From inside the game

1. Open the game and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. It is not a sign-out: the account itself is removed, and the game's data on that device is cleared with it. If you keep playing afterwards, the game starts a fresh account.

By email

Write to support@beeneticstudios.com with the subject Account deletion request, and tell us:

• Which game the account is for.
• Your display name in that game, and your country if you set one.
• Your account identifier, if you can still open the game and read it from the Account screen. It is the surest way to match the right account, but it is not required.

We do not hold an email address for you, so we may write back asking for something else that identifies the account. That is to make sure we are deleting the right one, not to delay you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the identifier behind it, including the link to Google Play Games if you made one.
• Your display name, avatar, status, and country.
• Your online record and your online match history.
• Everything the game stored on the device you delete from.

What stays

• Games you already finished against another player remain in that player's own history, because the record is theirs as well. Your name and avatar are removed from those entries, which show a removed player instead.
• Emails you sent us, until we have finished dealing with them.
• Data held by Google for advertising, which is governed by Google's own policies rather than ours. See the Advertising section of our privacy policy for how to reset your advertising identifier.
