Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Beenetic Studios makes games for mobile devices. This policy explains what information those games and this website collect, why, who else sees it, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to every Beenetic Studios app and site. Where a particular app does something specific, that is called out by name.
The short version: we collect the little we need to run online play and to show ads, we do not sell your information, and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us
- A display name, an avatar, an optional one-line status, and an optional country, which you choose in the app. Other players you are matched with can see these.
- Anything you write to us, if you send us an email.
Information created by playing
- Your account identifier. When you first play, the app creates an anonymous identifier for your device. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player identifier is linked to that account so your progress survives a new device.
- Your online match record (wins, losses, draws) and the state of games you are currently playing online: the moves made, whose turn it is, and when each move happened.
- Your in-app preferences, such as the theme, board and piece styles you have selected, and the date your account was created.
Progress that does not need the network stays on your device. Puzzle progress, single-player history, coins and unlocked items, sound and display settings, and saved game analysis are stored locally and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Information collected automatically for advertising
Our games are free and are supported by ads. To serve them, Google receives your device's advertising identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how you interacted with an ad. See Advertising below.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your email address, phone number, date of birth, or real name.
- We do not use a precise location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone, or your camera.
- We do not add a third-party analytics or tracking SDK to our games. Google Play and Apple give us aggregated crash and performance reports for our own apps as part of distributing them, which we use to fix bugs.
- Our games contain no purchases, so we never see payment information.
How we use it
- To run online play: pairing you with an opponent, carrying moves between you, and settling the result.
- To keep your account and your progress attached to you across sessions and devices.
- To show your name, avatar, status, country, and record to opponents in a match.
- To show ads, and to count how often ads were offered and watched.
- To answer your support messages and to investigate cheating, abuse, or technical faults.
We do not build advertising or marketing profiles ourselves, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob as our only advertising provider. Ads are optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Google may use your device's advertising identifier and related information to select ads, to measure them, and to limit how often you see the same one. Google's handling of that data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Where the law requires it, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app shows a consent form before any personalized advertising data is used, and remembers your answer. You can change that answer at any time from the privacy option in the app's settings. On iOS, the system also asks separately whether apps may track you across other companies' apps and websites, and declining that is respected regardless of anything else.
You can limit ad personalization outside our apps too. On Android, use Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising identifier. On iOS, use Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking.
Declining personalized ads does not remove ads and does not restrict anything in the game. You will simply see less relevant ones.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the games work, and only for that purpose.
| Provider | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| bitHeads Inc. (brainCloud) | Your account identifier, profile fields, online record, and online match state | It is the backend that stores accounts and runs online play |
| Google (AdMob) | Advertising identifier, IP address, ad interaction data | To select, deliver, and measure ads |
| Google (Play Games Services) | Your Play Games player identifier, if you sign in | To let your account follow you to a new device |
| Google Play and the Apple App Store | Distribution and crash reporting data they collect themselves | To distribute the app and report faults |
Other players see only what a match needs: your display name, avatar, status, country, and record. They never see your identifiers or anything else.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of our players. If Beenetic Studios is ever sold or transferred, information may move with it, and this policy travels with the information.
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they run infrastructure. Where transfers out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom are involved, our providers rely on the safeguards described in their own terms, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists.
- Online matches: while the match is active, and afterwards as a completed record for both players.
- Support email: for as long as it takes to resolve your question, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again.
- Advertising data: retained by Google under its own retention rules, not ours.
An account that never signs in with Google Play Games exists only for the device that created it. Uninstalling the app removes that device's copy of the identifier, which means the account can no longer be reached, but it does not by itself delete the account. Use one of the routes below if you want it gone.
Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This deletes the account and its stored data from our backend and clears the game's local data on that device. It is not a sign-out and it cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach the in-app option, for example because you no longer have the device, you can ask us instead. See Delete your account for the request route, or write to support@beeneticstudios.com. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
One thing deletion cannot reach: games you already finished against another player remain in that player's own match history, because it is their record too. Your name and avatar are removed from those entries, which show a removed player instead.
Your choices and rights
You can change your display name, avatar, status, and country at any time in the app, decline or withdraw advertising consent where it is offered, and delete your account as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain uses. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our legal bases are performance of a contract (running the game and your account), consent (personalized advertising), and our legitimate interests (keeping the game working and free of abuse). In California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by state law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise any of these, write to support@beeneticstudios.com. Because we do not hold an email address or a real name for you, we may need something from inside the app, such as your display name and account identifier, to be confident we are acting on the right account. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our games are not directed to children. They are intended for players aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the equivalent age of consent where you live. If you believe a child has provided us with information, write to support@beeneticstudios.com and we will delete the account.
Security
Traffic between the app and our backend is encrypted in transit, and account data is held by our backend provider under its own security controls. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of information we hold small on purpose, which is the most reliable protection we can offer you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. This address will not change.
